A Travelling Dress Project
When a group of talented photographers ask if you want to be part of a travelling dress project, you say yes. This mustard dress is making it's way around the UK, and for a week in July it was with me in Swansea, South Wales. I was really excited to do something a little bit different and have a bit of fun with the project, but I wasn't convinced that I would be able to realise my vision with self-portraits, they're really not that easy for me. So I managed to convince my beautiful friend Helen to go for a walk down to Three Cliffs Bay with me, and we had ourselves a really fun little modelling session.
I used a combination of my tripod and my Husband to get a few photos of myself in the dress, at both Llanmadoc and overlooking Three Cliffs. I'm always more comfortable behind the camera, but it was good to stretch myself for this project, and get out in front of the lens for once.
